The apartment is part of a brand new complex located right by the marina. Outside the living room is a balcony which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dinning.

There is a separate fully-fitted kitchen that includes full-size ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, all the pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. A utility room just outside has a sink with a fully automatic front loading washing machine and also a drying facility

The master bedroom is air conditioned, with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large fitted wardrobe with ample hanging space and shelves. A large window with adjustable shutters, opens on to a small balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, wall fan, large fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower and screen, washbasin, toilet, bidet, mirror with light and power point.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

A secure underground car park is house within the block, with a dedicated car parking space and lifts that lead conveniently to the apartment.

There is also a large communal pool.

The complex is situated next to the marina, which is the second largest in Spain. This is where watersports, boat trips and fishing are on-hand. Surrounding the Marina are the many Tapas Bars and Restaurants to suite all tastes and budgets. There is a very well stocked supermarket 1 min walk from the apartment.

Within 5 minutes walk are the Almerimars Gary Player designed, 27 hole golf course, and the blue flag beaches of Almerimar which continue over 13Km along the coast.

Further afield, there is the skiing resort at Sierra Nevada ( 2-hour drive), the historic City of Granada, with its fascinating architecture and world famous Alhambra Palace. Sightseers can visit the magnificent grounds of the Alcazaba Fortress, which overlooks the City of Almeria and is a must for photographers. There are pretty gardens here and dramatic views from the mountains through the city and down to the Port sitting on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. Almeria is an exciting town for shoppers and has many fashionable boutiques.

Surrounding towns that may interest visitors are the commercial hub El Ejido where there is a weekly market held on wednesday mornings, and seaside town of Roquetas de Mar. The nearby desert like landscape of Tabernas is now a popular tourist destination and was the setting for many famous westerns such as The Good The Bad and The Ugly, A Fist Full Of Dollars, Lawrence Of Arabia and Raiders Of The Lost Arc.

The nearest Airport is Almeria which is approximately 50km away (40 mins by car/taxi). Murcia and Malaga are both a little over two hours away, which offer many more choices on airlines.
