The property has a 32" LG TV with play station and iPod connection. The living area/Dining and bedroom 1 are individually air conditioned with both hot/cold provisions.

The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING.

Lifts and stairs are provided to all floors.

Bedroom 1 with air-con, double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. Double wardrobe and mirror with access to private balcony.

Bedroom 2 with single beds and storage cabinet, mirror and wardrobe.

A double sofa bed is provided in the living room.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower and screen, washbasin, toilet, bidet. Fully tiled with mirror light and power point.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob and extractor, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker and large fridge freezer. Cooking utensils and 6 place crockery setting.

The utility area is located on the end of the balcony it is equipped with a sluice sink and automatic front loading washing machine. Drying facilities are provided with an iron and ironing board.

The air conditioned lounge/dining room is furnished with an extending dining table which seats 6. There is a corner leather sofa which converts into a double bed; this room is also furnished with 2 standard lamps and plenty of storage. Sliding double doors to a large balcony.

The balcony is well apportioned with a patio table and 4 chairs

The property is also equipped with a large roof terrace with a large table, six chairs, sun loungers and a parasol umbrella

Bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. No maid service is provided during a stay (unless requested at an extra cost). We do not provide beach towels.
