The apartment comprises of an open plan living/dining area with separate kitchen, utility area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All windows & patio doors have fly screens, blinds & shutters.

Private designated under ground parking is available with 5 lifts. Providing a high level of security & keeping your car cooler in the summer months.

For your comfort we have installed air conditioning for those hot summer months and heating for the cooler months in the apartment.

The living room includes a spacious dining area with air conditioning, dining table & 6 chairs. The double patio doors lead to the large private terrace, overlooking the attractive gardens, swimming pool, & the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The apartment is south westerly facing allowing you to maximize the afternoon sun. The fully fitted kitchen has all crockery and utensils, fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The washing machine & iron are located in the utility area. For your convenience all linen & towels are provided as is an electronic safe, hair dryer & ironing board.

Both bedrooms have twin beds, the master bedroom beds can be separated, with a double patio door leading to the terrace. Both rooms have air conditioning, ample storage, wardrobes, mirrors, drawers, bed side tables and lamps.

There is a spacious family bathroom ideally situated between both bedrooms comprising of bath, shower, soap & shampoo dispenser, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. Which have been fitted to a high standard with quality fittings and tiles.

There is a children’s play area & a large communal beach- like swimming pool, perfect for wading into, with shallow waters & two lifeguards on duty at all times, providing a safe environment for children. (Pool open from 15th of June to the 15th of September). For the more energetic there is a cycle track, jogging area & tennis courts. The 27-hole golf course, designed by Gary Player is only a short distance from the development approximately 5 minutes by car.

Almerimars two beaches can be reached by a 5 minute walk from Alta Entinas. Both beaches are blue flag and have ample parking, toilets & showers, sun loungers for hire, bars and restaurants. From here stroll along the promenade to the impressive 1100 berth marina where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Although Almerimar is still very much Spanish there are however a few bars for the British such as La Bahia, Cafe Ankara, McGowans Irish bar and Loch Ness Scottish pub.

There are many welcoming Spanish tapas bars & restaurants in around the Marina and Main Square. Almerimar also has Chinese, Italian and the traditional British restaurants.

The local supermarket is an 8 minute walk/3 mins drive from Alta Entinas. Almerimar has shops of all kinds including a pharmacy, bank, photo centre and has cash dispensers.

An outdoor market is held every Sunday in Almerimar & Vicar, El Ejido Wednesday & Roquetas de Mar on Fridays’. A short drive, 7 minutes towards El Ejido takes you to a larger shopping centre complete with MacDonald’s, Go karting, Multi screen cinemas.

The Sierra Nevada Mountain range boasts Europe’s most southerly ski resort, less than two hours drive away towards Granada is the Sierra Nevada ski resort with a wide variety of excellent ski runs, from challenging blacks to simpler nursery slopes. From November to the end of April you could literally be Skiing in the morning and on the beach for the afternoon. ideal for skiing in the winter and walking and cycling in the summer can be reached in less than 2 hours.

Almerimar is ideally situated for economy flights from the UK. The nearest airport is Almeria which is twenty minutes drive from the apartment. Transfers: offer transfers for around £60 return journey & takes 1 hour.

Flights from Aberdeen to Almeria (not direct) on Easy jet to London Luton. Monarch connect from Luton to Almeria.

Return: From Almeria on Easy jet to London Gatwick. Flybe connect from Gatwick to Aberdeen. Other airports are Granada 90 minutes drive, Malaga and Murcia are within two hours drive.
