The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a spacious private balcony overlooking the pool and some sea views. All windows/patio doors are double glazed and fitted with curtains and shutters. The property has a 32" LG TV with Free to air sat/TV including many of the British Channels. The living area and bedroom 1 are individually air conditioned with both hot/cold provisions. The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING. Lifts and stairs are provided to all floors.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds bedside cabinet, lamp mirror and built in wardrobe.

The utility room is equipped with a sluce sink and automatic front loading washing machine. Drying facilities are provided with an iron and ironing board.

The air conditioned lounge/dining room is furnished with an extending dining table which seats 6. There is a double sofa bed and matching 2 seater sofa. Occasional table and lamp. Sliding double doors to a large balcony. Satellite TV with British channels.

The balcony is well apportioned with a patio table and 4 chairs and overlooks the pool area.

Bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. No maid service is provided during a stay (unless requested at an extra cost). We do not provide beach towels.
