A 3 bed detached house with some of the best views in Almerimar. It shares a communal pool and is 15 minutes walk from the Marina, Golf Course and all the shops and Supermarkets.
There are a number of terraces, the main terrace has a Moroccan table and chairs where you would eat and shoot the breeze until the early hours, Moroccan double sofa with two single sofa chairs where you would have your early doors G&T and watch the sun go down, and a couple of sun loungers where you would waste away the afternoons under the umbrella.
In the basement there is a pool table, table tennis table, football,TV, video and a DVD player, an ideal room for locking the kids away.
There is a bedroom and a bathroom in the basement, ideal for putting the outlaws if they are coming with you !
Ground floor is a living room, kitchen with everthing you will need and a bathroom - there is a washing machine in a small laundry area.
First floor is another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, both rooms with plenty of wardrobe and cubhoard space. There is also a bathroom.
On the top of the house is a very private terrace where you could get rid of the white bits also with an exceptional view.
It's a great fun house with plenty of outside space and lots of things to do, we have two young kids so there are loads of games, toys , bikes amongst other things. Get the chalk out and draw all over the terrace!
There is a barbecue another TV DVD/VIDEO and a stereo for some dancing.
The street has plenty of other families which use the pool and soon they make friends and it makes Parenting more enjoyable.
There are a couple of adult bikes for use as well as two young kids bikes although they may need tyres pumping up
